Heacock,
Perez, and Associates was created in 2002
by Bill Heacock and Rita Perez. Their objective
was to combine their 40 years of training and consulting
experience into a versatile company that could respond
to a wide variety of organizational performance
needs.
In
addition to their own expertise, Bill and Rita have
established an extensive network of independent
trainers and consultants who can put their own unique
skills and abilities to work for the clients of
HPA.
Their
Qualifications:
Bill
Heacock has a Master's of Science
Degree in Instructional and Performance Technology
from Boise State University. He has been teaching
instructional skills to trainers and subject matter
experts for 27 years. As a course designer, he has
helped develop training programs for a variety of
public and private sector organizations around the
world. He has extensive experience in creating not
only instructor-led training but also e-learning
and other alternative delivery methods. He is a
member of the e-Learning Guild and the American
Society of Training and Development.
Rita
Perez is a professional speaker, trainer,
management consultant and former president of Practiceworks,
Inc., a management consulting company specializing
in the health care industry. Since 1989 she has
been helping dental and medical groups of all sizes
focus on premium patient/customer care and team
building. She received her Bachelor's in Education
from the University of South Florida in 1983.
